Confirmation of Information and Decisions to be released in Public

That Te Koukou – Transport and Infrastructure confirms the information and decisions contained in the part of the meeting held with public excluded be restated in public meeting as follows:

 

·         That Te Koukou Transport and Infrastructure Committee:

approve the award of the SH 12 Ōmāpere Stormwater Improvements & Taumatawiwi Swale Extension contract to Civil Alliance Ltd for the value of $REDACTED (excl GST)

delegate authority to approve and execute the associated documents to the Far North District Council Chief Executive Officer or nominee:

i)   the contract document;

ii)  supplier recommendation report;

iii) variations to the contract of up to 10% of the total contract value.

·         That Te Koukou authorise the extension of Contract 7/14/600 to CBEC Ecosolutions by one year from October 1st, 2025, until September 30th 2026 at the fixed rate of $REDACTED per the LTP 2024-27 budget.

 

·         That Te Koukou - Transport and Infrastructure Committee receive the report Kaitāia Water Supply - Sweetwater Update.
