PRESENT: Chairperson Belinda Ward, Deputy Chairperson Lane Ayr, Councillor Ann Court, Member Bruce Mills, Member Roddy Hapati-Pihema, Member Jane Hindle (virtual), Member Tyler Bamber.

1 Karakia Timatanga / Opening Prayer
At 10:03am Chairperson Belinda Ward commenced the meeting and Member Roddy Hapati-Pihema opened with a karakia.
