a)      Approve the draft reserve management plan for Rangitoto Reserve for public consultation.

b)      Recommend that Council appoint Te Hiku Community Board to hear any submissions received in response to consultation associated with the development of a reserve management plan under section 41(6)(d) of the Reserves Act 1977.

That Te Hiku Community Board requests that staff provide a monthly report on illegal dumping at sites monitored by cameras, including the number and location of incidents recorded, response times, enforcement action taken, clean-up costs, emerging hotspots, and any recommended prevention or community education measures.
