PRESENT:              Chairperson Belinda Ward, Deputy Chairperson Tyler Bamber, Member Jo Alexander, Member Korey Atama, Member Roddy Hapati-Pihema, Member Dane Hawker, Member Jane Hindle (online), Councillor Arohanui Allen, Councillor Ann Court.

The meeting was commenced with a karakia by Lawrence Wharerau at 10:07AM.
