Delivery and Operations Group Manager gave a verbal update on outstanding open resolutions.

·         Review of the range of Plastics Accepted at FNDC Facilities:

-       As a result of the report Te Koukou – Transport and Infrastructure Committee received at the April meeting, several commercial operators have reached out to potentially take the plastic which would avoid the stockpile of plastic going to landfill. Staff are currently exploring these options and will have an outcome before the July committee meeting.

·         Redwoods:

-       It has been requested by the Chief Executive Officer for the trees to be felled. Staff are currently working on getting a contractor to carry out the work which should be confirmed by the end of June. Formal comms will then be released to the public to advise when works will be carried out.
