PRESENT: Chairperson Harry Burkhardt, Deputy Chairperson Hilda Halkyard-Harawira, Kahika - Mayor Moko Tepania, Kōwhai – Deputy Mayor Kelly Stratford, Cr Felicity Foy, Cr Babe Kapa, Cr Penetaui Kleskovic, Cr Mate Radich (virtual), Cr Tāmati Rākena, Cr John Vujcich, Te Kahu o Taonui Representatives Pita Tipene, Tipene Kapa-Kingi, Robyn Tauroa, Geraldine Baker.

1 Karakia Timatanga / Opening Prayer
At 10:14am, Cr Tāmati Rākena commenced the meeting with a karakia. Followed with a mihi from Kahika Moko Tepania.
Note that the signing of Te Aro Manatu Memorandum of Understanding Ngāti Rēhia was signed during the meeting.
At 10:52 am, meeting was adjourned and resumed at 11:27 am.
At 10:52 am, Kahika Moko Tepania left the meeting.

· Mihi ki Ngati Rehia for the signing of Te Aro Manatu Memorandum of Understanding
