PRESENT:              Cr Steve McNally (Interim Chairperson), Chairperson Mr Graeme McGlinn (online), Deputy Chairperson John Vujcich (online), Kahika - Mayor Moko Tepania, Kōwhai - Deputy Mayor Kelly Stratford, Cr Ann Court.
