CONFIRMATION OF INFORMATION AND DECISIONS TO BE RELEASED IN PUBLIC

At the conclusion of the public excluded discussion, the Committee confirmed the following decision be restated in public meeting as follows:

FNDC Bridge Inspection and Asset Management Contract 7-23-201 - approval to award Separable Portion 2 (SP2) and Separable Portion 3 (SP3)

That Council approve the award of Separable Portion 2 (SP2) and Separable Portion 3 (SP3) for contract 7-23-201 FNDC Bridge Inspections and Asset Management as follows:

a)      approve the award of Separable Portion 2 (SP2) for 2024/25 for the sum of $REDACTED excluding GST; and

b)      approve the award of Separable Portion 3 (SP3) for 2025/26 for the sum of $REDACTED excluding GST.
