Maramataka update - currently a low moon phase.

Opened the Snapper Bonanza (Anglers competition) - appreciation is shown to the contribution of the
competition to the economy.

Cyclone Gabrielle Mayoral relief fund closing date for
application is 31 March 2023.
·
Temporary legislation has been introduced to allow council to
meet virtually and still count for quorum.
·
Extraordinary meeting on Thursday will be held virtually.

of Annual Plan 2023/24 Consultation Document

a)
Adopts the Annual Plan 2023/24 Consultation Document
for consultation pursuant to sections 82, 95 and 95A of the Local Government
Act 2002.
b)
Delegates
to the Chief Executive Officer the authority to make any necessary minor formatting,
typographical and administrative changes to the Consultation Document prior
to public consultation.
