5.1         Temporary Road Closure – Kerikeri Half Marathon

That Council approve the proposed temporary road closures for safe event operation during the Kerikeri Half Marathon on Saturday, 19^th November 2022.

And that Council approve in principle, the temporary closure of sections of Kerikeri Road and Cobham Road as specified in Corridor Access Request ref CAR E891405 (received by FNDC on 03/01/2022) for the purposes of the Kerikeri Half Marathon Street Party to be held on 19 November 2022, subject to the final approval of a compliant application and satisfaction of the CEO that there are no substantive objections received through the associated public notification process.
