PRESENT:              Mayor John Carter (HWTM), Deputy Mayor Ann Court, Cr Dave Collard, Cr Felicity Foy, Cr Mate Radich, Cr Kelly Stratford, Cr John Vujcich

IN ATTENDANCE: Adele Gardner (Te Hiku Community Board Chairperson), Belinda Ward (Bay of Islands-Whangaroa Community Board), William J Taylor, MBE (General Manager Corporate Services), Dean Myburgh (General Manager District Services), Andy Finch (General Manager Infrastructure and Asset Management), Darren Edwards (General Manager Strategic Planning and Policy)

STAFF PRESENT: Aisha Huriwai (Team Leader – Democracy Services), George Swanepoel (In-House Counsel), Sheryl Gavin (Corporate Planning & Community Development), Ajay Kumar (Management Accountant), Marlema Baker (Democracy Advisor).

His Worship the Mayor commenced the meeting and Cr Stratford opened with a karakia.

That Council approve the proposed temporary road closures for safe event operation during the Far North Rally on Saturday, 2nd July 2022.

That the public be excluded from the following parts of the proceedings of this meeting.
