That the Waiharara and Kaikino Drainage Area Committee:

a) request staff to follow up on the access to the drain and removal of object blocking the drain on Honeytree Farm.

b) request that the drains that do not have sufficient fencing be reported back at the next Waihara and Kaikino Drainage Committee.

c) request that staff update landowners of the bylaw and the room needed on each side of the drain.

a) recommend Te Hiku Community Board approve the Waiharara and Kaikino Drainage Area 2020/21 work programme.

b) request staff contact the land owners of Honeytree Farms to let the know that contractors will be coming through to spray the Okohine drain.
