1 Karakia Timatanga – Opening Prayer
Bruce Mills opened with the Bay of Islands-Whangaroa Community Board opening prayer.

Kui Croft spoke on behalf of Item 7.3 Road Renaming request Waa Hoterene Road to Karawhe Road, Matawaia. Sally Cottle spoke on behalf of Item 7.4 Road Naming Rainbow Falls Rd. Grace Evers and Chris Wallis spoke on behalf of the Bledisloe Domain Draft Strategy. Resolution 2020/69 Moved: Member Rachel Smith Seconded: Member Manuela Gmuer-Hornell That the Bay of Islands-Whangaroa Community Board request Council officers work with Bedisloe Domain Committee to secure a process going forward, to open discussions with Waitangi Trust for a new lease or lease extension and report back to the Community Board. Abstained: Manuwai Wells Russel Baptist Church spoke on behalf of Item 7.7 Funding Applications. |
