IN ATTENDANCE: Kathryn Trewin (Funding Advisor), Jaco Cronje (Capital Works Project Manager)

Member John Vujcich declared a conflict for item: 7.4 in relation to the Kaikohe Pioneer Village funding application and did not participate in the discussion.
Chair Mike Edmonds and Member Kelly van Gaalen declared a percieved conflict for item: 7.4 in relation to the Kaikohe Pioneer Village funding application.

Resolution 2020/40 Moved: Member Emma Davis Seconded: Member Alan Hessell That the Kaikohe-Hokianga Community Board, in considering the provisions of the Community Grant Policy authorise the sum of $1500 (plus GST if applicable) to be paid from the Board’s Community Fund account to Kaikohe Pioneer Village for costs towards their annual Halloween community event to support the following Community Outcomes: (i) Proud vibrant communities. (ii) Communities that are healthy, safe, connected and sustainable.

That the Kaikohe-Hokianga Community Board, in considering the provisions of the Community Grant Policy authorise the sum of $3000 (plus GST if applicable) to be paid from the Board’s Community Fund account to Wekaweka Valley Community Trust for costs towards their updating the Waimamaku Community Centre to support the following Community Outcomes: (i) Proud vibrant communities. (ii) Communities that are healthy, safe, connected and sustainable.
