d)        request Council to confirm when the Te Hiku ward tour will take place and for the members to be able to provide input into the tour.

e)         request Council to confirm when the Combined Community Board workshop will take place.

b)         requests that Friends of Rangikapiti Reserve Society Incorporated provide the Te Hiku Community Board with evidence of confirmation from the Department of Conservation before installing the steps in the reserve takes place.
