OF the Kaikohe-Hokianga Community Board Meeting
HELD ONLINE VIA MICROSOFT TEAMS ON Wednesday, 3 June 2020 AT 10.30 am
PRESENT: Chairperson Mike Edmonds, Deputy Chairperson Emma Davis, Member Louis Toorenburg, Member Kelly van Gaalen, Member Alan Hessell, Member Laurie Byers, Councillor John Vujcich, Councillor Moko Tepania.

That the Kaikohe-Hokianga Community Board, in considering the provisions of the Community Grant Policy authorise the sum of $______ (plus GST if applicable) be paid from the Board’s Community Fund account to Bay of Islands Waldorf Education Trust for costs towards parent workshops to support the following Community Outcomes: i) communities that are healthy, safe, connected and sustainable. ii) proud, vibrant communities.
