Moved: Member Rachel Smith Seconded: Member Manuela Gmuer-Hornell That the Bay of Islands-Whangaroa Community Board recommends to Council: a) Uplifts the report “Right of Way Easement over Reserve, Lot 3 DP 70169 NA26D/425, 69 Landing Road, Kerikeri” for consideration. b) In its role as administering body of the reserve and pursuant to its powers under Section 48 of the Reserves Act 1977, grants a vehicular right of way easement over the reserve held in NA26D/425 being Lot 3 DP 70169; and c) In its role as the Minister of Conservation’s delegate, consents to the granting of the aforementioned easement. They didn't believe the report provided enough explanation to be comfortable recommending to change the resource consent conditions. |
