Cr Ann Court opened the meeting with the Council Prayer.

Moved: Cr Ann Court Seconded: Mayor John Carter That the Infrastructure Network Committee approves that Te Rangi Cross Road be included in the schedule of FNDC - Maintained Roads. Moved: Member Mike Edmonds Seconded: Cr Ann Court That the Infrastructure Network Committee: a) approves that Te Rangi Cross Road be included in the schedule of FNDC - Maintained Roads. b) request that Policy #4103 – Limits of Council responsibility for formation/maintenance of roads be reviewed. The amendment became the substantive motion.
